These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of grammica.com (the "Service"), including all AI-powered writing tools such as grammar & readability analysis, tone detection, SEO optimization (with E-E-A-T scoring), entity/semantic analysis, radar charts, paraphrasing, plagiarism checking, AI detection, word/character counters, and any other features provided by Toolka Web Services ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts (Optional)

Most tools are available anonymously without an account.
Optional registration (e.g., via Google or email) unlocks saved analysis history (opt-in toggle, off by default), higher word limits, and paid plans.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any text you submit ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the Service (including temporary storage for logged-in saved history if enabled).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results (e.g., improved Google rankings).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, text, software, and tools, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial with paid plans). No other rights are granted.

6. Paid Plans and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Basic/Pro) are handled via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
