Subscription Refunds

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for all first-time subscription purchases (Basic or Pro plans). If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase date.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time subscriber to that plan
  • The request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase

After the 3-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Recurring Subscriptions (Monthly or Annual)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months/periods after the 3-day guarantee expires
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid billing period

Credit Package Refunds

Credit packages (one-time purchases for additional word limits or analyses) are generally non-refundable once purchased, as they provide immediate access to the service.

However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under these limited conditions:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of purchase
  • No more than 1,000 words have been analyzed using the purchased credits
  • There was a technical issue that prevented proper use of the credits, or the purchase was made in error

Used Credits

If more than 1,000 words have been analyzed using the credits, or if the credits have been substantially used, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. This reflects the value already delivered through our AI analysis tools.
